Question: Tell us about a situation or project in which you were able to exceed expectations by saving your employer time, money and/or averted tragedy.

Situation: I started a web design business called Tree in a Forest, with a graphics artist as my partner.
Task: I was challenged with making the web sites to the customer’s expectations.
Action: I worked at odd hours and overnights to do http://www.sjmhsa.net over three month’s time, and have worked on several other web sites since.
Result: I had started to achieve profit over cost in my web design business.
Web sites I created or co-created (the first three I feel are the most exemplary of my work):
www.sjmhsa.net (initial creation, which has been edited by others since)
www.thecradleofsound.com
www.rainflowers.org
www.americanusahomes.com
www.poetsontheroof.com
